We have an efficient and dedicated estimating team that provides all pre-construction budgeting and final cost proposals for CD pricing. Through collaboration with our clients, we provide pricing for new lease negotiations and lease renewals as we work to determine their final solution. Additionally, we partner to work through various pricing options. Our approach is thorough while being timely with pricing as we work together with clients and our subcontractors to provide the most accurate and comprehensive pricing possible.
Project Management
We have a systematic, repeatable, efficient and practical process of project management. This process allows for following the standard construction processes and provides the necessary structure to meet deadlines and milestones while also making room for flexibility as needed. Our project management team members have over 100 years of experience in commercial construction ranging from working in an architectural firm to working as a construction property manager, experience that gives invaluable perspective to help our clients achieve their goals.
Construction
The safe, timely, efficient and accurate delivery of the Work is paramount. Safety is our priority as we follow and enforce all safety requirements. Collaboration and accountability play an important role in completing the construction project as problems are solved when challenges arise in the field. We have safety, project management and escalation protocol that is outlined and reviewed for every project.
Close Out Process & Warranty
We will continue to service the project and our clients through the final close out process and throughout warranty. We are committed to the client, the project and the relationship well past the point of final inspection.
