Common Areas & Amenities
Our extensive experience in remodeling common areas & amenities includes complete demolition and renovation of entire main floor lobby areas, MOB common areas, elevator vestibules, common area restrooms, cafés and amenity spaces including tenant lounge areas and fitness centers.
Corporate Offices
This area of practice ranges from very small one to two office spaces to larger multiple floor build outs of corporate space including Google, HealthONE, Vistar, Shea Homes, Philadelphia Insurance, OnDeck, Cypress Semiconductor and Smashburger as well as coworking space such as Novel Coworking.
Medical
We have successfully completed many medical projects including medical office space in the various MOB campuses throughout Denver, surgery centers, infusion & oncology clinics and dental & vision practices.
Retail and Other
We also have additional experience in the assisted care facility segment (including memory care occupied), industrial commercial kitchen, restaurants (Tyco Café, Delectable Egg, The Block Distillery), early learning centers, educational offices (Regis University and American Sentinel University) and retail. Our retail experience includes a dry cleaner, salon (European Wax), banks such as Commerce Bank and Westerra Credit Union, an activity center (Spider Monkey/Defy) and both a storefront and wholesale retail space (Wild Child, Hydrofarm).
