We have experience with small and large financial institution offices and customer facing bank branch build outs. Our retail experience includes storefront retail spaces, salons, indoor family entertainment centers and wholesale retail outlets. Additionally we have worked in the assisted care facility segment (including in occupied memory care), industrial commercial kitchens, restaurants, early learning centers and higher education offices and facilities.
Corporate Office
This area of practice ranges from very small one to two office spaces and spec suites to larger multiple floor build outs of corporate space including RFSmart, Google, Vistar, Shea Homes, Philadelphia Insurance, OnDeck, Cypress Semiconductor and Smashburger as well as coworking space such as Novel Coworking.
Common Areas & Amenities
Our extensive experience in remodeling common areas & amenities includes complete demolition and renovation of entire main floor lobby areas, MOB common areas, elevator vestibules, common area restrooms, cafés and amenity spaces including tenant lounge areas and fitness centers.
